Q: Where are you located?

A: 918 Victoria St. at the very end of the long market building next to Hi-Tech Vacuums!

 

Q: What are your minimum orders?

A: It varies depending on what you're looking for! Screenprinting, the minimum is 12 pieces, embroidery the minimum is typically 6, but depending on the project we may be able to do less. There is no minimum for DTF (Direct-to-Film) or HTV (Heat-Transfer Vinyl).

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes, we require a 50% deposit before we begin production. This is payable via e-transfer (accounting@picketfencegraphics.ca), cheque, direct deposit,  credit card, or cash! The other half of the payment is required upon pickup unless 30 day payment has been previously discussed. For security reasons, we do not keep any customer credit card information on file. 

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Typically we say turnaround is roughly 2 weeks from point of deposit, but it really depends on the scope of the project, and how many other jobs are in the queue! We try our best to accommodate all deadlines, and can sometimes even offer rush service as well for a fee! 

 

Q: Can I bring in my own garments to get printed?

A: You're more than welcome to bring in your own garments, but before we can approve the order we have to see the garments to ensure they are viable for decoration and that they are clean. We reserve the right to refuse any garments we consider unfit for decoration. Misprints & defects are an inevitability in this industry and thus PFG is not responsible for any damage to client-supplied garments or material resulting from the decoration process or application; this is not the case if we supply the garments. 

 

Q: What file types do you accept?

A: We try to accept all file types, but above all vector files are best! Vectors are files that can be scaled up to any size and edited (pdf, eps, ai, cdr, svg). We also accept bitmap files such as (jpg, png, tiff, heic, and many more), though bitmap files aren't editable on our end. If you only have bitmap files, fret not, we do also offer vectorizing and graphic design services ($80/h) to ensure all your designs look the best they can!

 

Q: I ordered these a few years ago, do you still have the file?

A: If you did them through us chances are we still have all the files! We rarely discard any customer job information. Feel free to give us a call or email if you have any questions!
